GruvLink uses the top of the class equipment. However, like all headphone technology, there are some simple guidelines to achieving the best sound quality at your next event or party.
Make sure each transmitter is set to a different channel when playing your favorite beats (1,2 and 3)
Try turning off the headphone, wait 20 seconds and turn it back on.
Check the power source that the transmitter is plugged into. If it’s connected to an outlet that has equipment on it, it could cause a feedback sound.
Make sure the headphones are not too close to more than one transmitter.
It is possible there is other frequencies that could interfere with the headphones. To test, turn off all the transmitter and see if the static continues.
WHERE THE F*** IS THE SOUND?
Check the volume. Is it turned up? (scroll the dial down to turn up the volume).
Is the headphone turned on & the light on the headphone? If the headphones are turned on, but there’s no light, this means they are out of battery. Go charge them and get your booty back on the dance floor!
Is the headphone on the same channel as the transmitter channel? (Blue Channel 1, Red Channel 2, Green Channel 3).
If you are only utilizing 1 channel, use the green or red channel. If you use the blue, guests may think it uses Bluetooth and will work with their phone. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
GruvLink recommends putting the dopest music most people will listen to on the green or blue channel as the red (middle) is a bit more challenging to switch to.
